The Aurora 315 Watt CMH All-in-one grow light kit contains an advanced 315W ceramic metal halide (CMH/CDM/LEC) grow light. This set integrates several of Lumatek's top products into one whole, namely the electronic ballast, the compact hammertone reflector and a 315W CMH lamp.

The electronic ballast (ballast) can be controlled remotely with a separately available Lumatek digital control panel. Furthermore, the electronic ballast is dimmable. In combination with the digital controller, the Aurora set can be programmed for on/off times, a simulated sunrise/sunset with a timed transition to and from full brightness, or automatic dimming when the temperature of the grow room becomes too high.

Used worldwide for growing, the Aurora's reliable 315W CMH electronic ballast uses square wave technology to efficiently tune the 315W ceramic metal halide lamps. For safety, this electronic ballast features full circuit protection, including protection against open/short circuit, over temperature, over/under voltage, end of lamp life/rectification and EMI suppression. The EVSA also has an LED indicator and is dimmable for optimal control.

The Aurora's 315W CMH pulse-start lamp is designed for use with the Lumatek 315W CMH EVSA. The lamp uses high-quality ceramic "arc tube" technology and a gas mixture that creates optimal output for healthy plant growth.

The CMH technology provides high energy PAR/PPF values ​​with low heat output, comparable to sunlight, resulting in healthier plant growth and higher yields. With a CRI (Color Rendering Index) of more than 90%, CMH is very suitable for growing high-quality crops and extracting essential oils. The Aurora comes with a Lumatek 315-930 (3100K Agro) ceramic metal halide lamp, but is also available with a 4200K daylight spectrum format (Lumatek 315-942).

The PCA ceramic arc tube allows the lamp to operate at higher temperatures. This increases color rendering, output and efficiency. PCA limits the interaction between chemicals in the tube, thus stabilizing the chemical mix over the life of the lamp. This improves color consistency and maintenance at PAR/PPF level. Pulse-start technology provides faster start-up and recovery times, longer lamp life and increased lumen maintenance.
